Year's Best Cookbooks?

Just wanted to get a sense of what people here found really interesting in 2003. I haven't bought much, but there are a few I like:

Matt Kramer: Making Sense of Wine, 2nd edition
Robert Parker: Bordeaux
Balthazar Cookbook

Did not like:

Craft cookbook (can't remember name): recipes too bland and obvious

Most FoodTV books (RRay, ABrown (too technical), Emeril, JOliver)
