Year old uncured Neutske bacon - Do I have to toss it?

I discovered this in the bottom of my meat bin. It is uncured and I believe cherrywood smoked with a year old pull date.

I suspect that I should just toss it, but I love bacon and it's a sin to waste it unnecessarily.
