Year-end Job-place Feasting!

Every year at my job the 2 weeks prior to Xmas we have what is called
'Feasting'.........Human Resources acutally puts a memo out about it....
What this consists of is every department (we have 200 employees and about 20
departments spread across 3 buildings) has a food spread everyday for 2
weeks.....
Some people bring in their favorite bakery goods, favorite dishes their
better half prepares, favorite restaurant items and favorite homemade foods;
sweets, main dishes etc........
The company has a very diverse ethnic make-up......it's a Japanese-owned
company........we have Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Philipino, Mexican,
Central American, African-American, Caucasian etc.........
So.........the homemade dishes are very very good and authentic in most
cases.......
Homemade items include;
wontons w/shrimp and peas in sweet chili sauce.......chow mein, enchiladas,
egg rolls of all sorts, fried rice, smoked turkey, vietnamese sandwiches,
chocolate fondue, cornbread, bbq's of all kind, bread pudding w/ caramel
whiskey sauce, meatloaf, chili, spring rolls, pastas of all kinds, homemade
sushi, etc...etc....etc.....
Bought items are;
Porto's Bakey potato balls and cuban sandwiches, Liliana's and La Mascota
tamales, Honeybaked Hams,
La Brea Bakery goods, Zankou chicken, El Tepeyac burritos, etc., etc.,
etc..........
So.......by 9:15 everybody is full!!!!!!
But it sure is fun walking around from building to building , department to
department and sampling the days fare.......
Anyone else have anything like this??
