Just wondering what techniques or food products you have recently tried which help you cook and/or eat in a healtful manner. One of my recent discoveries is Nishiki brown rice which is lightly processed so that it can be cooked as quickly as regular white rice. I love it! I have big bags of it in my freezer.
And thanks to another poster, I have rediscovered sauteing in olive oil I have discovered that it adds good flavor to bland fish. We eat fish regularly, and I was getting tired of baked.
