It's in flushing chinatown, and I just ate there the other night. Superb! I think it's a sister restaurant to grand sichuan, but in any case is a first-class shanghai restaurant all the same. Most of the best dishes are available on the family style menu, which costs 16$ and brings you three dishes. The meatballs are amazing, as is the "chinese ham," really just smoked bacon with chinese greens in a soy-based sauce. The siu lim bao (juicy buns) are heftier than New Green Bo, but still have plenty of rich, crabby ooze in them. Other good dishes include the pond lake fish with red bean sauce (although watch out for all the tiny bones).
