Yanceyville, NC: Baldwin Charolais Beef (organic, grass fed, no pesticides) - anyone familiar with it?

Yesterday I drove between Hillsborough, NC and Danville, VA to tour the areas covered by snow and noticed a beautiful farm spread out over rolling hills with views to the horizon. It's called Baldwin Farms. I later checked out their website at http://www.baldwinbeef.com/ and turns out it's all grass fed, pesticide free, hormone free, antibiotic free, and quite lean (~6%). Looks like they sell directly at the farm and at Weaver Street and Carrboro Farmers Market on Saturdays. Anyone here have any prior experience with this meat and whether it is worth a try?
