I love yakisoba. I am in the Bay Area this week so I decided to see if I can find some yakisoba sauce so I can make it at home. I found two options.
At Adronico's I found some fresh noodles that have a sauce pack inside. The package says to keep them refrigerated. That's not an option in the hotel I'm in. Would they still be good unrefrigerated after a few days? I could just throw out the noodles and take the sauce I guess.
At Berkeley Bowl, I found some yakisoba sauce. The brand is Kagome. Has anyone tried this? How much should be used? It is all in japanese, so I'm not sure on the directions for using it.
