Hi fellow chowhounders I was hoping to dine at Yakiniku Nakahara on Jan 5. Would anyone care to join or add on because they do not take solo diners? They do anywhere from 2-6 diners. Please let me know! Thanks!
These chicken fajitas get their flavor from a homemade marinade featuring dark Mexican beer, soy sauce, lime juice, oil, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. They can be prepared on the stovetop with a grill pan as directed, or outside over a grill.
