So we're making yabbies for the first time following the first recipe we found on a google search. Put them to sleep (freezer) then saute (yikes) with olive oil, garlic, cayenne, parsley. Anyone have a favorite recipe for these things other than traditional New Orleans crayfish boil? Are they very very similiar? I just love it when things like this show up unexpectedly! Just can't pass 'em up!
