Something new at Wycen home of lop chong

The other day I picked up some goodies for a friend to take back to Aisa. Lop Chong and Beef Jerky (I not sure why they have it back there most likely even better, but the old saying "Local ginger is not hot enough". I notice something new, a lop (perserved) chicken. The normal thing is duck, side pork and sausages (pork and pork and duck liver) but not duck. It seem leaner and I will be making if for dinner tomorrow night.

Something new for us hounds to try.
