Hi,
I have both these knives and always sharpen by hand using my whetstone.

My Wusthof 10" classic is never even close to the sharpness of the MAC.

Why is that ?

I prefer the feel, the glide, and the smoothness of my Wusthof but wish it was sharp like the MAC ?

Any ideas ? Is it just the metal difference ?
