It had been months since going to the Wurst Bar & I'm glad to report that it is alive & well. As wonderful as the sausages are, I tried the much-praised burger & it deserves the praise. The combo of meats makes for a uniquely flavorful burger, plus I went with the "southerner": topped with green tomato, pimento cheese & bacon. And a side of Tony Packo pickles.
My BF went wild over the rattlesnake-pork chorizo sausage: toothsome & spicey.
Our waitress was attentive & fun. The Wurst Bar will roll out a revised menu this Friday. I'm looking forward to checking it out!
