I just found a package of chunked up goat meat at my super market. I've always wanted to try it, so I grabbed it. I want to cook some tonight. My question is: What's the best way to cook it up? It seems pretty solid red all the way through, without much connective tissue. I know goat stew is popular, but do you think it would be decent just seared, or does it need a long, slow cook?
Any info is great!
