Was thinking about the other thread after my pan turned yellow last night.
I must go back to cooking school. I'm doing it all wrong. Angelus says it takes him less than a minute to clean his skillets. "nanobond behaves like nonstick in cleaning if you cook as you would cook with a conventional SS pan."
I thought I was cooking like I should be in a conventional SS pan?
It too no more than 3 minutes to turn a SS skillet from silver to golden yellow. It looked like a WS Golden Touch Skillet if they made one. Maybe I need NB.
I cleaned it but I was too dang tired to break out the BKF so the patina remains on it for another day.
