Okay, so I was multi-tasking today. I was running back-and-forth between things, feeling so powerful that I could bake and do other things, too.
So I beat up a new recipe for a yeast bread with whole wheat, oats, pecans, and fresh apple chunks in it. It's in the oven now, and smells delicious. What's wrong? Well, it just dawned on me a few minutes ago that I forgot to grease the loaf pans during my I-can-do-it-all fit of omnipotence.
Anyone have any magical ideas of how I'm going to get anything out of these pans in any structured form? 9 x 5 aluminum.
