As of today:

1.00 USD = 0.791739 EURO
1.00 USD = 0.540518 GBP (!!!!!)

I'm cringing. Please help me find the best bangs for the buck, particularly in London!

My only criteria is the food must be super delicious and relatively inexpensive when compared to the area in question.

(For example, £10 for a plate at New Tayyab Indian in London is not necessarily "cheap", but considering the purported extreme deliciousness of the food, and in comparison to other London eateries, it would be exactly the type of place I'm looking for (though cheaper is highly encouraged!)

My city of Los Angeles is full of eateries like this (mostly ethnic restaurants) and I'd love to find some equivalents abroad (ethnic or local, doesn't matter)

Here's my itinerary

London
Brussels

--and now the cities I know nobody will help me with because I already posted about them earlier unsuccessfully ;-)

Cologne (Germany)
Prague/Cesky Krumlov
Krakow
Warsaw
Vilnius (Lithuania)
Riga (Latvia)

Thanks hounds!
