What in the world do I use premixed Bread Crumbs "Bulka Tarta" and lard for?

Snickety_Shnoine | Jun 19, 201712:47 PM     2

My GF's mom gave me a 32 oz deli container with a label on it that only says "Bread Crumbs Bulka Tarta". From Google, Bulka Tarta just means bread crumbs in polish. However, the ingredients are:

Rye Flour
Peten Flour
Lard
Shortening
Salt
Yeast
Potato Flakes
Buttermilk
Dark Rye
Dakota Warrior
Sesame Seeds

This seems like it's for something very specific, has anyone heard of a recipe (possibly a polish one) using bread crumbs with a little bit of fat and starch in it? My only guess so far is in meat balls or a meat loaf.
