working man's sushi

So, throughout this town, what're some good working man's sushi places.

I don't mean crap boat places.

I mean, like a regular Japanese lunch place, some place with good quality sushi, relatively traditionally served, and reasonable prices. Maybe one step in quality below the very best, but still satisfying, and affordable for regular consumption.

Including Sawtelle and Torrance.

I'm been to Tama ($30 omakase is on the outer limits of what I'd consider working man's prices, but superb) and Shibucho in Costa Mesa (where I'd bankrupt myself eating every week if it weren't so far away) with their $35-ish omakase.

I've been to Fuji-Gen in Little Tokyo, $12 sushi lunch, fair-to-middlin'.

Other suggestions?
