We had dinner there last night. I finally have a place in San Francisco to satisfy my fried-Ipswich cravings. My BF had the fried oysters and they were credible. We split the stuffed avocado -- superlative crab and prawns. Only complaint: the ranch (I guess, it had no flavor, that is the complaint) dressing with the avocado. The tartar sauce also needs a little work. But cold Anchor Steams on tap, excellent french fries (perhaps they responded to this board, because I thought the balance of clams and potatoes was good -- of course, I would prefer an option for all clams and next time will ask for that).

I am going to try everything on this rather short menu. Very impressed, and much more convenient than my usual source for fried clams (in Massachusetts).
