With a day of leisure and a small task to do by Dulles, I thought I'd try hot chicken here. I had a trio of wings code red hot (only code blue is hotter.) It was quite hot but one dimensional. The wings themselves had a thick coating of breading that was underseasoned, bordering on overcooked and came off in chunks while the chicken was a tad wet. Not really likely to repeat. In a very odd business park with several restaurants, a coffee roaster, etc all in a very light-industrial setting
