Hi chowhounds, I just returned from a birthday visit to Napa. I ate at Julia's kitchen at COPIA, and at LA TORQUE . These were two of the best meals I've had in awhile, that includes Elizabeth Daniels and Aqua. A special thanks to La Torque for the wonderful service, thanks to a very gracious general manager. And for all you female chowhounds, myself included, it was fanatasic to see four females in the kitchen doing full culinary duty, not limited to pastry.RUN TO THESES TWO RESTAURANTS AND BYPASS CIA ON THE WAY!
