Made some won tons yesterday ..... when I put together the soup with the mustard greens and snap peas I fried some of the won tons and put some in the soup (after blanching them to rid them of the flour - keeps your soup clear/clean) loved the textural contrast between the crispy ones and the ones cooked in broth.
