The new Wolseley restaurant has been opened by the former owners of The Ivy, and encompasses Chris Galvin, the chef formally of The Orrery. The venue has very high ceilings and a sense of space but the tables are very cramped. Service was poor and the menu compilation was not enticing. Food was average quality. I am 6'4" tall and the table was resting on my knees. The Ivy still serves consistently good quality food, with an excellent choice of dishes and great service.
