Because I've been stuck in apartments with electric stoves for the last several years, I've been using a flat bottom wok. We just bought a house though that I am THRILLED came with a gas stove, and would love to upgrade to a round bottom wok. I see Dacor offers their own wok ring (http://www.dacor.com/Products/Accesso...) that fits on the stove grate, but I've read this is actually a bad idea as it holds the wok too far from the flame, and that I should be looking at something where you remove the grate and use the ring directly over the burner. Any suggestions? FYI, the model of my stove is Dacor RSD30.
