Wok - what kind do you prefer?

So I own the Mauviel M Cook wok and think it's fantastic.

My GF owns a Tefal Non Stick wok, which she used 3-4 times a week and it's still going strong after 3-4 years now. All this talk about teflon nonstick pans, that does not last, I can't really figure out what we do in our house since all our non stick pans lasts for years and years...

The fun part is that, my GF heats the crop out of her Tefal non stick wok and it still looks and performs great.

But I still bought the Mauviel M Cook PLY wok top see what it's all about with PLY and woks.

Most people will argue, that woks and stainless steel is not a perfect match since stainless will stick and woks need to be able to release the food fast for stir frying.

But my PLY M Cook wok works really good for this, unless I try to cook rice or eggs alone in it.

It is a bit large and I'm actually looking for a slightly smaller wok without the helper handle for everyday wok food.

I also was looking to test if Demeyere can make woks that performs well and my expectations are high, when it comes to Demeyere.

So I just impulse bought the Demeyere 52930 7-PLY wok in 30cm size with a small flat bottom. Will be interesting to test it, when it arrives and see how well it performs for a PLY wok.

I often use wine and balsamic vinegar in my wok dishes, so a seasoned carbon steel wok is not the perfect choice here.

My GF's Tefal wok works very well, but I wanted to test the Demeyere 7-PLY material and how well they have made the design for woks. It's 0.09" thick on the sides and the whole pan is 7 PLY, just like my Pawson pans are.

But then I wondered what you guys own and prefer when it comes to woks?
