"Witty" Gourmet Mail- Order Gift/Message ?

ZenFoodist | Dec 3, 2006 08:09 PM

A friend of ours just turned 35 and we were unable to attend her party, but would like to acknowledge the milestone. She's the witty type who appreciates the finer things in the culinary world and so far the best thing I can come up with is a tin of Jacques Torres' WICKED Hot Chocloate and a card that reads: "Wishing you sugar and spice and all things nice for the coming year." I'm familiar with the faves of the ChowHound gift-giving world- everything from Vosges and LA Burdick chocolates to Enstroms taffy are routine around here- I just need a way to tie in a cool message to the product, whatever it might be.

Thanks and All Good Things,
lisa
