Just ate lunch at Park Avenue Cafe and noticed that wine week is March 7-March 11 for this spring. Might have missed it, but had not seen a post about this yet. Figured I would let everyone know so they can line up their reservations.

These chicken fajitas get their flavor from a homemade marinade featuring dark Mexican beer, soy sauce, lime juice, oil, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. They can be prepared on the stovetop with a grill pan as directed, or outside over a grill.
