wine suggestion for lobster?

am planning to make a truffled lobster risotto (with heavy cream and a little brandy) for a possibly undeserving male, and would like a suggestion as to the wine to serve. Gewurztramminer or whatever that is? Don't know if I should be looking to the truffle oil (white) to determine the wine, or the lobster, or the presence of brandy and cream.
