wine stores and street food in Barcelona

I'm planning a short (four to five days) trip to Barcelona in mid-March, and I've found some very helpful posts concerning where to eat, but I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on where to buy wine. My boyfriend and I would like to try as many different Spanish wines as possible and are hoping to get in about 2-4 bottles a day, in addition to whatever we try with meals. Can anyone direct us to some great wine stores (ie. wide range of Spanish wines, well kept/cellared; bottles with some age on them; knowledgeable and talkative staff) in Barcelona? We're willing to trek out as far as needed.

Also, since we're kind of on a budget, we'd like to economize during the day and splurge on meals at night. Any advice on quick and affordable (but infintely memorable!) bites for mornings and afternoons? Also, where should we go to stock up on lovely hams and cheeses and such for midnight snacks in our hotel room? Best bakery? Best coffee?

Thanks in advance!

Toby
