I am going to buy a wine storage cabinet, and have some questions about it.
Firstly, my cabinet is going to stand in my kitchen, but the floot their its not the strongest, so it wobble when i walk past it. Is this floor wobbling/shaking going to affect my wine for long term storage? The wine storage cabinets im looking at do not have vibrations
Secondly, if i were to get a collection of many bottles, and the cabinet would break, how long do i have to either fix it, or get a new cabinet before the wine is considered ruined? days, months, years?
And the third, how big cabinet would you recommend? Im currently looking at mquvée prestige 108, which has the bottles a little tilted upwards, displaying them. This cabinet has space for 108 bottles, but other cabinets the same price/size has the bottles lying down, which makea space for like 250bottles, but does not look as good.
I am an aspiring chef, and very passionate about all my hobbies, i do for instance have a liquer collection of 70 different types of liquers, scotch, tequilas etc. Would 108 be too little? Or would be enough for now, and when i get a house(currently live in a small apartmant) just buy another, or upgrade cabinet too what amount i need.
Also which brands would u recommend? i live in Norway, so the selection is not the best, but i can choose among: mQuvée, Climadiff, Avintage, Artevino, Adorini and Severin
Thanks very much for all help!
