Wine to go with Smoked Turkey

Apperantly, I'm not good at pairing wines. I've done smoked turkey for the last several years and its always come out fine. Everyone raves. I can never seem to pair it with wine. So how about it? Details are: Honey/Pickling Spice brine, pecan wood. Brine gives a little salt, pecan is a mild smoke. It will be served w/ sausage dressing, probably smoked sweet potatoes, mashed taters, home made dinner rols, and any other starch I can find. There will be veggies, not sure exactly what yet.
