We are making wine popsicles for the dessert course of a dinner tomorrow night, using a fairly cheap riesling (Holy Cow, if you are familiar with it).

What should I serve with this? I was debating another wine, but if so than what? other ideas were a lemon sorbet with a drizzle of honey and sprig of rosemary.

Also, has anyone tried winesicles before? Does it work?
