I'm serving Chile en Nogada and Tamales with Mole Amarillo for a dinner; what moderately priced California wines (preferably available through K&L) would you pair with it? An $18-24 price point would be ideal.
I would love both red and white suggestions. Some guests will always choose either red or always choose white regardless of what is served. Don't worry; we'll have tequila too.
