I'm hosting a dozen women next Saturday for a Mediterranean-themed lunch.
Guests will be greeted with a flute of champagne while we munch and mingle, but I could use some help with pairings for the meal:

Grilled Chicken Wings with Lemon and Garlic
Carrot Salad with Cumin and Garlic
Orange, Olive and Onion Salad
Sweet Potato Salad
Beets with Yogurt
Artichokes Stewed in Oil with Peas and Carrots
I'd like to offer both a red and white, and plan to keep both on the table throughout the meal.
