Wine pairing question

Help Chowhounds!

In my marriage, my wife is the chef and I am the somalier.

Tonight she is making a pork loin with apricot glaze and sauerkraut.

How would approach pairing this? Pork loin is a subtle flavor, so do I just pair the sweet sauce and acidic kraut?

I have great variety in my cellar, so just about anything is on.
