Hi everyone. I'm planning on making this Salmon recipe that I just found on pinterest: http://under500calories.com/recipe/07...
It looks delicious, but I don't know what kind of wine to serve with it. I love good wine, but I know nothing about pairing a wine to the flavors in food. Well I do know the basic, red meat = red wine rule... but I feel like I should be looking at the spices in the recipe and using those to inform my choice of wine.
Any suggestions would be a big help. An even bigger help would be if you could explain what in the recipe is making you choose that wine so that maybe I can pick up a thing or two :)
