Another interesting little tid-bit from Randall Grahm and Bonny Doon - on new labels from Bonny Doon, they are listing the wine's ingredients, and ingredients used in the production of the wine which basically no longer remain present in the finished product.
The label for the new Ca' del Solo Albarino release reads:
INGREDIENTS: Biodynamic grapes; sulfur dioxide
IN THE WINEMAKING PROCESS THE FOLLOWING WERE UTILIZED: Indigenous yeast, organic yeast hulls, bentonite.
As Grahm puts it, this is "primarily intended as an internal discipline" to focus on non-interventionist techniques.
