There's a new Italian place on Graham Avenue that just opened within the past month,near Frost Street, next to Marino Tile. Went the first time last week and the food was--awful.
"Free Range" Chicken tasted unfresh and was made with overcooked and under-garlic flavored broccoli rabe. Sirloin steak was Sizzler quality, ordered rare and cooked a la Denny's. Waiter tried to "suggest" a $50 bottle of Ruffino Riserva Ducale instead of the $20
Sangiovese listed that was "unavailable".
This a a beautifully done space that would be great if only the food was edible. Really a shame.
