I'm making the turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and gravy for 15. Others doing other items. Anyway, one of the group had this Williams Sonoma Turkey Gravy base and gave it to me to try. It's good! You might want to try it. I have no idea how much a little jar of it is.
I'm adding it to my stock/basting/pan juices liquid (orange juice, white wine and chicken stock) and it says add milk! I'll put a little half and half....I mean...how bad can that all be?
