read some very good reviews for this spot and it was near our hotel so for our last breakfast in Chicago went to Wildberry Cafe. Despite our intention to eat a light meal we got huge portions. my two egg ham scramble with fruit plus the decadent pancakes was enough to feed a small family. Same went for wife's eggs, bacon and hash browns. Really nice bacon-probably local-and the pancakes, which i don't usually order, were fluffy and light with added blueberries, streusel topping, and a sweet vanilla drizzle. Mmmmmmm! other reviews mention the wait-we went on a weekday around 8 and had no wait at all. tip-avoid well known breakfast places on weekends if possible. would come here again in a heartbeat. recommended.
