Whoa Pilgrim, is that good "Q" or what!

My boss and I went to Carbondale, Illinois this week for some work and ended up having lunch in Murphysboro at the 17th Street Bar and Grill, my first time there. What a great place and the food is out of this world! I guess the joint is famous down there for their barbeque. We had hot wings that were grilled rather than deep fried. They were great. I had a brisket sandwich and the others had pulled pork. My lunch came with no-mayo cole slaw and beans, both excellent! I'll have to go back for the ribs. I was stuffed and didn't have room for the bread pudding. The waitress said she had it for breakfast that day. My kind of woman! All in all an excellent lunch in a little joint in southern Illinois, definitely worth multiple visits!
