Someone gave me a cheap bottle of white zinfandel which I know I'll never drink on its own. I thought I'd make sangria for an upcoming barbecue I'm having. Does anyone have a good white sangria recipe? (I saw some red wine recipes posted back in early June--can they be adapted to white wine?)
Also, can I mix wines? I only have one bottle, so do I need to find more of the same exact wine, or can I get another type of wine?
