Hi all,
Does anyone know where I can find fresh white yams? These are the ones typically found in parts of Africa. They are sometimes as huge as your arm or leg and have a dark brown exterior and white interior.
I'm not looking for our (domestic) red yams or sweet potatoes.
Any help is appreciated!
