Does anyone know White Heim (white chocolate hazelnut-filled Korean snack)?

Trying to recreate White Heim. Hoping someone with a more sensitive palate would be able to identify what it is exactly. I tried a 'wafer roll' recipe but it came out totally different. The roll was kind of greasy and almost tasted like pancake (albeit good pancake). I thought maybe it was more like a wafer ice cream cone? What do you think? I tried looking for an ice cream cone recipe to try but I can only I find waffle cone recipes...

I haven't tried making the filling yet as I failed with the rolls but when I googled white chocolate hazelnut filling, I found white chocolate hazelnut mousse: https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/g...

Would white chocolate ganache be closer? And mix in some ground hazelnuts?
