The harvest from one white habenero and one Thai chili plants has been incredible. The white habenero peppers are especially beautiful peppers, white a nice pepper taste followed by searing heat.
Any ideas on what to do with the peppers? The harvest was really more than I had expected. One option is to make hot sauce, but I already have quite a store of hot sauce. I have some pureed mango, though, so might make a bottle of a mango hot sauce with some of them.
Can I freeze them whole, or will they turn to mush when defrosted?
