Do those of you using white enameled cast iron have issues with your stove staining them whether glass, coil, or the open flame from gas?
I have a glass top stove, which I hate, and it has stained the bottom of stainless steel pans. I recently bought a white Staub Petite French Oven and I'm concerned about keeping it clean over time. I'm hoping to eventually switch to gas and I'm curious about if the open flame might be worse in this regard.
