Too much whipped cream!

I made whipped cream for my pumpkin pie this evening (both were delicious) but I made WAY too much whipped cream. I put sugar and vanilla in it so it's slightly sweet. Besides the obvious use as a topping for waffles, fruit, more pumpkin pie, etc., what can I do with this? I have about 4-5 cups!
