my fridge has the following sauces and condiments that i find essential.( no particular order)
nampla fish sauce, oyster sauce,ketchup, sambal olec,
lemon or orange marmalade, pepper jelly, worschester sauce, mayonaise, three or four mustards,teriaki sauce horseradish,tabasco, sweet chili sauce, blackwells steak sauce, black bean paste, miso paste ( red and brown) green curry paste,peanut butter, soya, huckelberry jam, maple syrup, anchovy paste, anchovies in olive oil, kalamata olives, dried olives, capers, green peppercorns,plain yogurt, sourkraut, cornichons, fresh salsa, homemade bbq sauce.
staples: brown organic eggs, organic whole milk,sour cream, organic heavy cream. custom smoked side bacon, ukrainian garlic sausage, cabbage, green onions, shallots, salad lettuce mix, lemonade, tonic water,soda water, japanese,mexican or thai beer, carrots, celery, ginger.
freezer staples: beef demi in cubes, fish demi same,frozen perogies, premarinated short ribs, a small beef roast, kosher hot dogs,two filet mignons, two rid eye steaks, rack of babyback pork ribs, lb icernios ground italian hot sausage, some cryovac scallops, salmon filet, two lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs.
fresh tomatoes never refridgerated., garlic and walla walla sweet onions, and idaho bakers.
