Please don't say Dolores. I'm just not into a big tasteless lump of dough coated with a gritty powdered sugar glaze. Like eating a washcloth rolled in sugar.
Gooey and heavy or light and flaky, either is fine, as long as it's flavorful, aromatic with cinnamon, and homemade-tasting. That is, I don't want something that tastes like a wad of Wonderbread coated with a cup of corn syrup.
