Westlake Village coffee and eats

Just relocated to WLV. I've been looking for good local fare, and have had a hard time finding the good stuff in the general area (bagels at Western Bagels were great, but TO Fish and Chips was a let-down). I've especially been missing good local coffee spots.

1) Any good local coffee shops in or near WLV?
2) Any good family dining in or near WLV (pizza, Mexican, etc.)? I'm not looking for Chuck'e'cheese type terrible food, just somewhere with tasty food where I won't be glared at for bringing in our two children under 3.
3) Other tips? Perhaps less family oriented places that are not chains (Lure underwhelmed).

Btw, my favorite place so far was Malibu Seafood. Best fish and chips I've ever had.
